To start take a pan and place it on a stove and switch on the stove. Add milk in the pan. After the milk is boiled, turn off the stove and remove the pan full of heated milk. Now pick up a lemon and add its juice to the milk. Then stir the milk gently and with a spoon provided in the kitchen until white curd forms on the surface and separates from whey. On straining this milk, curd that is obtained is called “chenna”. Wash chenna well under cold running water and twist the cloth that was used to extract water. Press chenna to make smooth dough. Add flour and knead again. Each ball should be made of equal size and then keep the balls in a plate. The next step is to make sugar syrup. Take another pan and keep it on the stove and pout some water in the pan. Then add some sugar and boil it. Pick chenna balls and put it in the syrup. Then after putting each ball in the syrup add some cardamom powder to the syrup. Mix the syrup slowly and gently. Take the ball from the pan and place it on a plate. The ball has become very sweet now and is ready to eat and serve.
